We coordinate all of the special events from the Grand Entrance to the Last Dance in a way that will add elegance and fun to your special day. We’ll help you plan the order of events so you will have a good idea of what your wedding reception will be like.

On your wedding day, we’ll work closely with the photographer, videographer, caterer and venue to make sure everybody is on the same page. Relax; we’re professionals. We take care of everything so you don't have to worry about anything except having fun!

All of our clients have access to our online “Client Services” area. In this area you will find valuable tools to plan every aspect of your wedding from the ceremony right through to the last dance.

Brides all love the ease of our online planning forms. We also have interactive request lists and planner time-lines. With this you can add and review all of your wedding or event music at any time before your special event.

We give you a private password to your very own special planning area. This gives you full control over your wedding reception or event with a simple click of the mouse.

If you wish, your guests will be able to make music requests, not only at the event, but also in advance via our on-line request system.

We play the music that you and your guests want to hear not just what we like. You have the use of our unlimited music library. Our staff will work with you to create the perfect music arrangement for your affair. Our performers will take requests at your event and play them accordingly.

With over 80,000 songs in our bottomless music vault, we will always invite your guests to request music and do our best to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Whatever you’re needs and special requests are, we will specially tailor your party to you and your guests.

All of our clients have full access to our “Client Services Area” that will allow you to preview all of our music and actually select songs in advance for your event. We even allow you to select songs you don’t want played. We'll make your event an ABSOLUTE Success!

Do you need music for your ceremony? We can provide the music and sound system for your ceremony.

We’ll start by playing pre-ceremony music as your guests are being seated followed by the processional for the bridal party and then special music for the bride's entrance.

We’ll also provide a microphone so the entire ceremony can be heard. If a special song or live performance is scheduled during the ceremony, we can accommodate your needs.

We can also offer elegant decor up-lighting and custom dance floor lighting. Our wedding lighting can bring out the best in the colours of the ballroom, your flowers and you. Each lighting package is customized to meet your needs and taste. From romantic, colour wash to a wild light show or something in-between, Absolute Sounds can do it!

We can coordinate everything for you including the Bridal Party Arrival, Grand Entrance Introductions, Guest Welcoming & Greetings, Dinner Announcements, Speech Introductions, Kissing/Fun Games, Centrepiece Giveaways, Cake Cutting, Special Dances, Garter & Bouquet Toss, and everything else right up to your Final Dance of the evening.

Our Masters of Ceremonies have many years of experience, including some previously working as radio announcers. We're happy to offer you the experience of a professional to coordinate and guide your reception to make it seamless, enjoyable and memorable. When you add our Master of Ceremonies to your wedding package you will have two professionals (1 DJ & 1 MC) working hard to make your dream event come true.

While we would be happy to be your MC for the evening, if you have your own MC we are happy to work with them throughout the evening. If you have a friend or relative that is willing to coordinate the evening and make announcements, sometimes it is more personable to have someone talking about the Bride & Groom that have known them for a while. It is important to let your MC know all that is required of them and that a lot of planning goes into it. Unfortunately, we have seen far too many times where a friend or relative acting as a MC decided to "wing it" or has had too much to drink and spoiled a beautifully planned reception.
